I was lucky to get Zlatka as my trainer and mentor at Coaching at workplace training she delivered. At the beginning I didn’t completely understand how helpfull coaching is. And how much improvement in personal development it brings..
Thanks to Zlatka’s coaching skills and patient mentorship I realized it. She is very positive, enthusiastic, supportive, trusting, focused and very pleasant person who gives you enourmous energy everytime you meet her. I highly recommend to try it on your own.

As a person working in education, I highly appreciate the various forms in the learning process and intermodal activities. Zlatka is a very experienced and highly proffesional coach and trainer of coaching skills. She truly lives the coaching mindset and always inspires others to live it as well. Zlata Stubbs has worked for us very successfully as a consultant on two major green field site projects in Hranice na Morave, Czech Republic and Namestovo, Slovak Republic for the duration of 18 and 6 months respectively.
Her main areas of responsibility within the two projects were Recruitment and Training, acting as the European Training Co-ordinator for Hranice factory and for the recruitment, training and interim plant management in Namestovo factory.
During the time she supported us, she showed integrity and total trustworthiness, having operated independently on our behalf, or as the part of the two project teams, being self reliant, demonstrating competence and reliability and gaining natural respect of all involved.
She showed the ability to adapt to new situations, being highly motivated and hard working, using her own initiative and taking on full responsibility for the tasks in hand.
She is a good communicator, giving a regular feedback and is comfortable communicating at all levels within the company. She is able to build a good rapport not only internally, but also with the external contacts needed in this type of projects, such as the local authorities, external agencies, universities, subcontractors, etc., being at the same time totally loyal to us.
Her language skills have been a great asset.
During both projects she demonstrated her organisational, man management and project management skills and due to the above and her adaptability to different situations I would not hesitate to recommend her not only for similar projects but also for projects of a broader nature.

I know Zlata for more than 20 years, from the time she was strongly motivated and hard working as production manager flat shadow masks in Philips Simonstone (UK), up till her successfull high-level recruitment and training activities for the Hranice tube factory in Czech Republic and the Namestovo Gun Assembly factory in Slovakia. At the time of these projects, I also met her in the Nanjing tube factory in China, and in HongKong, were she perfectly adapted to quite unexpected situations related to travelling around with a group of engineers from Slovakia! No matter what the circumstances, Zlata keeps going strong, demonstrating competence and reliability, and gaining natural respect of all involved.

Zlata Stubbs was employed by Ele Advanced Technologies s.r.o. from August 2007 to December 2007 as project manager. Project brief was to establish an automotive manufacturing facility based in Trencin Slovakia, were we had located a facility for this purpose.
Project timescales were extremely tight but it was evident from the onset that Zlata had the energy and enthusiasm to achieve the targets set, Zlatas contacts proved invaluable throughout the project ensuring all deadlines were achieved.
On a personal level I found Zlata to be honest trustworthy and extremely hard working, her time keeping was exemplary and she showed a great attitude both to work and her work colleagues and I feel sure she will meet whatever challenges are set before her in the future.
