Coming back to our coaching sessions I would say that for me the main points were:
- You were able to make me aware that …. stopping and listening is giving me a very good opportunity in order to figure out that not only one way exist.
- Your experience embedded into your comments gave me the potential to make own decisions which had a positive influence on the plant progress
- The combination of theoretical, systematic procedures linked to my real issues and finally a positive result gave me the confidence level that I’m doing the right things
